These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DR Machines knowledgebase, website, and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Access is licensed to you or your organization per your selected plan or pay-per-use purchase.
You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the content without written permission.

Subscriptions & pay-per-use

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen term. Pay-per-use sessions and credits are billed at the time of purchase; credits do not expire. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Diagnostic content disclaimer

The knowledgebase provides reference guidance based on field experience. It is a diagnostic aid, not a substitute for proper training, OEM documentation, or safe lockout/tagout procedures. Always follow your facility's safety protocols. DR Machines is not liable for damage or injury arising from use of the content.

Intellectual property

All content, flowcharts, and materials are owned by DR Machines or its expert partners and are protected by copyright. Expert partners retain rights to content they contribute under the Expert Partner Agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid term.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
